Ingredients

2 tspn cocoa 2 tspn sugar
2 tspn instant coffee granules 2 tblspns cherry brandy
50 ml double cream; lightly whipped

Blend together the cocoa, sugar, coffee granules and cherry brandy. Make up to 300ml with hot water. Pour into 2 glasses and top with the cream to serve.
