Ingredients

10 tspn instant coffee 4 tspn vanilla extract
18 ¾ oz sugar 1 quart vodka
20 fl oz water

Combine coffee, sugar and water. Simmer 1 hour and let cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Age in sealed jar for 2 to 3 weeks.
